Assalamualaikum... Berjumpa lagi kita. Hari ni CIK NINA nak beri resepi puding yang sememangnya best n my feverete. Dah banyak kali cuba.tapi skang dh x sempat nk buat….almaklumlah kite dk kt hostel….2 bln skli bru blk kg. Resepi Trifle ni ada 3 lapisan. Pertama kek, kedua kastad dan ketiganya agar-agar.
CIK NINA plg suka klau kek gulung 2 kek coklat…..terbaekk pnyer….
Puding Trifle:
1 gulung swiss roll / kek coklat / kek buah
1 tin fruit coktail
1 gelas susu cair
2 gelas air
1 sudu esen vanilla
3 sudu makan tepung kastad
2 – 3 sudu makan gula
1 kotal serbuk jeli berperisa lime(x kisah laa perisa apa,but I like this 1)
Caranya
1. Potong kek dan susun dalam mangkuk besar
2. Tapiskan buah-buahan daripada airnya. Jiruskan air buah ke atas kek.
3. Lepas jirus taburkan pula ½ tin buah-buahan ke atas kek tadi.
Cara membuat kastard :-
1. Campurkan tepung kastard, bula, susu cair, air, esen vanilla. Kacau di atas api yang kecil hingga bahan ini cukup masak dan berkilat.
2. Kemudian curahkan adunan kastard tadi ke dalam mangkuk kek dan taburkan pula ½ tin lagi baki buah dalam tin tadi ke atas kastard dan biarkan ia beku sedikit.
Cara membuat Jeli (Yang paling elok, Jelly Crystall Lady's Choice) :-
Tuangkan 2 cawan air mendidih ke dalam serbuk jeli dan kacau supaya tidak berketul. Akhir sekali tuangkan jeli ke atas kastard dan sejukkan………
